This Privacy Policy explains how Hopstiq, LLC ("Hopstiq," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at hopstiq.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

We've written this policy to be clear and honest about what we actually do with your information. If anything here is unclear, please reach out using the contact details at the bottom.

This policy covers our marketing website only. It does not cover the Hopstiq application or any data processed on behalf of hotels that use our product; those are governed by separate agreements.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Hopstiq, LLC is the party responsible for the information collected through this Site.

What information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

Information you give us directly. When you fill out our contact form, you choose to provide details such as your name, email address, the name of your hotel or company, your role, and any message you send us. We only receive what you choose to submit.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages — for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, and how they found us. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and includes information such as your approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, and the pages you visit. We use this in aggregate to improve the Site; we do not use it to identify you personally.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, health data, or government ID numbers) through this Site, and we ask that you not include such information in contact-form messages.
